Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Position a ham flat side down in the center of a roasting pan.
Combine melted butter and honey, then massage over ham, getting in between the slices too.
Loosely cover ham with foil over the top and bake in the oven covered for 2 hours.
Bake approximately 12-15 minutes per pound. An 9 lb ham will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Combine sugar, seasoned salt, onion powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, paprika and allspice in a small bowl.
After 2 hours remove some of the rendered ham juice from the bottom of the roasting pan, about 1/2 cup.
Pat half of the sugar mixture over the top of the ham.
Towards the final 30 minutes, preheat broiler to low. Broil for 10 - 15 minutes, until bubbly and caramelized, then remove from oven.
In a small saucepan, add remaining sugar mixture. Add reserved ham juices from bottom of the pan. Stir, and heat to a boil. Boil for about a minute, then remove from heat.
Brush or pour glaze over the ham, then broil again for another 10 minutes (be careful not to let it burn!). Remove from the oven and let ham rest for 25 minutes.
Slice, and serve, enjoy!
